CUBA, POTENCIA DE BIEN COMÚN
Con el Respeto, la Admiración y el Cariño que caracteriza las Relaciones Históricas entre nuestros Pueblos y Revoluciones, expresamos a Raúl, Comandante y General de Ejército, a Miguel, Presidente, y a toda la Dirigencia del Partido y el Gobierno y Pueblo Revolucionarios de Cuba, nuestra firme, congruente y consecuente Hermandad y Solidaridad.
Nuestro invariable e infinito Reconocimiento a Fidel, Líder Siempre, al Gran Martí y a todos los Héroes y Mártires de esa Revolución Siempre Victoriosa.
Consideramos este momento de nuestra Historia de Comunidad Humana sumamente peligroso, y pernicioso para los Pueblos que tanto hemos luchado por nuestra Soberanía, Dignidad y Derechos.
Condenamos rotundamente el irrespeto que viola todos los Principios y Valores de las Naciones Unidas, y nos sumamos a la urgencia de hacer valer la Decisión irrevocable de los Pueblos del Mundo, de vivir en Seguridad, Paz, Consideración Absoluta y Buena Voluntad, y particularmente, en los Principios de la Declaración que sostenemos de Nuestramérica-Caribeña como Zona invariable de Paz y Desarrollo.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre, la inalterable Fuerza de Fraternal Unidad por el Bien de Tod@s, y sobre todo, el Reconocimiento Permanente de Cuba como Potencia Cultural, Científica, Solidaria, Revolucionaria, y de Bien Común.
A nombre del Pueblo de Darío, de Sandino, a nombre del Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, todo nuestro Amor y nuestro firme Respaldo desde los Ideales y Valores Eternos de nuestras Revoluciones.

CUBA, A POWER FOR THE COMMON GOOD
With the Respect, Admiration and Affection that characterizes the historic relations between our Peoples and Revolutions, we express to Raúl, Comandante and Army General, to Miguel, President, and to the entire Leadership of the Revolutionary Party and Government and People of Cuba, our firm, integral and consistent Brother and Sisterhood and Solidarity.
Our unchanging, infinite recognition to Fidel, a Leader Forever, to the Great Martí and to all the Heroes and Martyrs of that Always Victorious Revolution.
We consider this moment in our history as a Human Community extremely dangerous and pernicious for Peoples who have fought so hard for our Sovereignty, Dignity and Rights.
We roundly condemn the disrespect which violates all the Principles and Values of the United Nations, and we join the urgenct insistence on the irrevocable Decision of the Peoples of the World, to live in Security, Peace, Absolute Consideration and Goodwill, and particularly, by the Principles of the Declaration, which we support, of Our America-Caribbean as categorically a Zone of Peace and Development.
From our Blessed and Forever Free Nicaragua, the unalterable Force of Fraternal Unity for the Good of Everyone, and above all, the Permanent Recognition of Cuba as a Cultural, Scientific, Solidarity inspired, Revolutionary Power for the Common Good.
