Señor Presidente,
1. Nicaragua expresa su plena y permanente solidaridad inquebrantable, fraterna y militante con el Gobierno Constitucional del Presidente Nicolás Maduro Moros, con el Pueblo Chavista y Bolivariano, y con las Fuerzas Armadas Nacional Bolivarianas de Venezuela.
2. La Soberanía e Integridad Territorial de Venezuela se respeta, es parte integral de Nuestra América Latina y Caribeña, su lucha es nuestra lucha. Reconocemos su inquebrantable resistencia frente a la maquinaria imperial, y honramos la memoria del Comandante Hugo Chávez, cuyo legado de soberanía y unidad late con fuerza en el corazón de toda la Patria Grande.
3. Reafirmamos nuestra solidaridad inquebrantable con el Gobierno Venezolano y con el Pueblo Venezolano que resisten ante las amenazas y ataques del Imperialismo. Su lucha por la Paz, la Justicia y el Derecho a construir su propio Destino, es una Causa que asumimos como propia.

4. Nicaragua denuncia categóricamente los actos de piratería moderna, el saqueo de los recursos de Venezuela. Denunciamos que estos robos, el secuestro de buques petroleros y el despojo de activos financieros, que atentan contra la soberanía del pueblo de Venezuela y constituyen un peligroso atentado contra la Paz y la Estabilidad de toda la Región de América Latina y el Caribe, con consecuencias que impactan catastróficamente en el comercio y la navegación mundial.
5. Condenamos enérgicamente las agresiones y acciones de hostilidades continuas e intensificadas hacia Venezuela, que se han traducido en un bloqueo económico criminal y en una guerra híbrida diseñada para infligir el máximo sufrimiento a su población civil. Estas acciones deliberadas buscan provocar el colapso de una Nación Soberana para imponer por la fuerza, intimidación y la hambruna, un Gobierno dócil y servil al servicio de intereses egoístas foráneos.
6. Exigimos el cese inmediato del despliegue militar de Estados Unidos en nuestra región de América Latina y el Caribe. Esta presencia militar pirata es una amenaza directa a la Seguridad de nuestras Naciones, estas políticas de agresión son un descarado acto para cambiar Gobiernos legítima y democráticamente electos.
7. Demandamos poner fin a las acciones imperialistas y colonizadoras de los Estados Unidos en nuestra Región, e instamos a la Comunidad Internacional a preservar y respetar el Espíritu y los Principios Fundamentales de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas: tales como, abstenerse de recurrir a la amenaza o al uso de fuerza contra la integridad territorial e independencia política de cualquier Estado, la no intervención, la solución pacífica de controversias y la igualdad soberana de los Estados.

8. Las y los venezolanos quieren Paz. Exigimos que se respete la Dignidad y Soberanía de su País, su Derecho inalienable a comercializar sus recursos naturales libremente, y pedimos que se ponga fin de manera inmediata a todas las medidas coercitivas unilaterales ilegales, las cuales socavan la estabilidad de la Región y constituyen un castigo colectivo prohibido por el Derecho Internacional.
9. Nicaragua se une al llamado del Presidente Constitucional Nicolás Maduro Moros, y a los Líderes y Lideresas del Mundo con conciencia, para condenar estos hechos e instar a activar todos los mecanismos multilaterales necesarios para investigar, sancionar y prevenir estos actos de piratería y agresión económica. El Consejo de Seguridad y Naciones Unidas La ONU tiene obligación de salvaguardar la paz y Seguridades Internacionales, no puede ser espectadora pasiva del saqueo de un País Miembro.
10. Nicaragua sabe que la Unidad de los Pueblos es más poderosa que las pretensiones hegemónicas imperiales. La Solidaridad con Venezuela es un Deber Moral y una Obligación Política para quienes forjamos este Mundo Multipolar, Justo y Soberano. Reafirmamos que Nicaragua caminará junto a nuestr@s Herman@s venezolan@s en la defensa de su Patria. Venezuela no está sola.
11. Reafirmamos que la defensa de la Soberanía venezolana es la defensa de la Carta de la ONU, del Derecho Internacional, del Principio de No Intervención y Autodeterminación, del Derecho de todos los Pueblos a construir su propio Destino sin coerciones extranjeras, sin amenazas o uso de la fuerza en las relaciones internacionales.

Mr. President,
Nicaragua expresses its full, permanent, unwavering, fraternal and militant solidarity with the Constitutional Government of President Nicolás Maduro Moros, with the Chavista and Bolivarian People, and with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces of Venezuela.
The sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of Venezuela is to be respected, as an integral part of Our Latin America and the Caribbean, its struggle is our struggle. We recognize their unwavering resistance against the imperial machine, and we honor the memory of Comandante Hugo Chávez, whose legacy of sovereignty and unity beats strongly in the Heart of the entire Greater Patriotic Nation.
We reaffirm our unwavering solidarity with the Venezuelan Government and with the Venezuelan People who resist the threats and attacks of Imperialism. Their struggle for Peace, Justice and the Right to build their own Destiny is a Cause that we take on as our own.
Mr. President,
Nicaragua categorically denounces the acts of latter day piracy and the plundering of Venezuela's resources. We denounce that these robberies, the hijacking of oil tankers and the misappropriation of financial assets, which threaten the sovereignty of the People of Venezuela and constitute a dangerous attack on the Peace and Stability of the entire Latin American and Caribbean Region, with consequences that have a catastrophic impact on world trade and navigation.
We strongly condemn the aggression and actions of the continuing, intensified hostilities towards Venezuela, which have resulted in a criminal economic blockade and a hybrid war designed to inflict maximum suffering on its civilian population. These deliberate actions seek to provoke the collapse of a Sovereign Nation in order to impose by force, intimidation and starvation, a docile and subservient government at the service of avaricious foreign interests.
We demand the immediate cessation of the US military deployment in our Latin America and Caribbean region. This pirate military presence is a direct threat to the Security of our Nations, these policies of aggression are brazen actions to overthrow legitimate, democratically elected governments.
We demand an end to the imperialist and colonizing actions of the United States in our Region, and we urge the International Community to preserve and respect the Spirit and Fundamental Principles of the Charter of the United Nations: such as refraining from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity and political independence of any State, non-intervention, the peaceful settlement of disputes and the sovereign equality of States.
Mr. President,
Venezuelans want peace. We demand that the Dignity and Sovereignty of their Country be respected, their inalienable Right to trade their natural resources freely, and we call for an immediate end to all illegal, unilateral coercive measures, which undermine the stability of the Region and constitute a collective punishment prohibited by International law.
Nicaragua joins the call of Constitutional President Nicolás Maduro Moros, and the Leaders of the World with conscience, to condemn these events and urge the activation of all the necessary multilateral mechanisms to investigate, penalize and prevent these acts of piracy and economic aggression. The United Nations Security Council and the UN itself has an obligation to safeguard International Peace and Security, it cannot be a passive spectator of the looting of a Member Country.
Nicaragua knows that the Unity of Peoples is more powerful than imperial hegemonic pretensions. Solidarity with Venezuela is a Moral Duty and a Political Obligation for those of us who are forging this Equitable, Multipolar and Sovereign World. We reaffirm that Nicaragua will accompany our Venezuelan Brothers and Sisters in the defense of their homeland. Venezuela is not alone.
We reaffirm that the defense of Venezuelan sovereignty is the defense of the UN Charter, of International Law, of the Principle of Non-Intervention and Self-Determination, of the Right of all Peoples to build their own Destiny without foreign coercion, without threats or the use of force in international relations.
